dc.description.abstractBased on masked data and multiple type-II censoring model, the likelihood function of the samples is investigated using probit analysis method. The maximum likelihood method is used to obtain the estimations. Meanwhile, two numerical simulation examples are given to illustrate how one can utilize the theoretical results to tackle the practical problem and study the influence of the observed number and masking level on the accuracy of the estimations.en_US
