dc.description.abstractThis research work provides a method based on fuzzy numbers to evaluate a faculty member of a university associated with degrees of confidence of the evaluator (student). The satisfaction levels for each question of faculty evaluation form are represented by fuzzy numbers associated with degrees of confidence between zero and one. The arithmetic operations between the α–cuts of fuzzy numbers are used to evaluate the total points of each faculty.en_US
