Abstract: This paper deals with the blow-up of solution to a class of nonlinear degenerate parabolic equations under Robin boundary condition. By constructing some appropriate auxiliary functions and using first-order differential inequality technique, we derive the sufficient conditions which guarantee the occurrence of the blow-up. In addition, lower bound and upper bound for blow-up time are derived when blow-up happen.
